Magnolia Surf Tilda on the Oregon Coast!

Hello Dearest Readers,

Haw are you this fine June day? It's been a while since I've posted and just as long since I've made a card! I had to really think about how to post to my blog! Making a card was "interesting," too! I really had to think about the sequence of development! Yikes!

Today, I am sharing a sweet card featuring Surf Tilda which you can find at Magnolia-licious! I thought she was the cutest ever and so perfect for the Sun, Sea, and Sand Challenge at the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog. Here is my new card:

For my image, I masked the Surf Tilda and Chair in the Sunset stamps. I really loved that background scene and thought it was a perfect match with Surf Tilda. The little vial contains sand from the Oregon Coast. The shells are from there as well. The waves at the bottom are from the beach themed Doohickey Kit Collection. My image was painted with distress inks. The papers are Pion Designs. I added white burlap "ribbon" and some cheesecloth for texture. Elements have been elevated using pop dots.

Here are the interior shots:

We'd love it if you would come and join us for the challenge! You may have a chance to win a Special Surprise from the Magnolia-licious store.

Also, if you leave us a comment on any of the DT’s blogs and/or the Challenge blog you have a chance to win a weekly prize. The winner is announced every week during the “W”ednesday post. How easy peasy is that?

I hope you will return again very soon!

XO,

Chris
