A Mother's Love with Cloudy Love Tilda

Hello Dearest Readers,

Happy Tuesday to each of you! I hope this post finds each of you well and happy!

It's already springlike here in the desert southwest. I cannot believe that the temperatures have been in the low 70s here. Sometimes, in the Spring, there is still a chance for snow, but a FAT chance! I've got my fingers and toes crossed!

Today is Tuesday and that means a new card reveal. The new challenge at the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog begins today. The theme for this challenge is a card using

Green, Gold, or Pink

Your card can have any, or all, of these as prominent colors.

Here is my inspiration for you. I hope you like it!

Isn't that image sweet? The Tilda image is a nice size, too! She fits into lots of dies. The sentiment is from the edge of one of my Pion papers, LOL. Tilda was colored with DIs. I added Stardust Stickles to the cloud and her wing.

Here are two additional photos:

The interior is finished on both sides with gorgeous flowers and pretty die cuts.

Now, before you go, I want you to know that Diana has created Magnolia Mini Stamp Bundles! The pricing is wonderful and lower than if you bought each stamp separately. HERE is the link to the mini bundles.

Now, it's YOUR turn! We would love to have you join the challenge. One lucky person will win a $20 gift certificate from Magnolia-licious. Your card is your ticket to the random draw! Give it a try! This is a really easy theme with which to work.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

I hope you will return again very soon!

XO,

Chris

Magnolia's Christmas Heart Tilda says, "I Adore You!"

Hello Dearest Readers,

Happy February! January has come and gone without any snow for us! I miss it! Now that we are in February, Spring is right around the corner. Spring is nice, but... next comes the dreaded heat of summer. Ugh! I hope this post finds each of you happy and well! Let's get into the mood for love since Valentine's Day is so quickly approaching!

If you haven't been to the Magnolia-licious Store lately, you may want to take a peek at the Touch of Love Collection that Diana has ready for you to ink up! Just follow either link posted in this paragraph!

Today begins a new challenge at the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog. This time, we have something really fun and easy for you to do (so there are NO excuses, LOL). We really love to see your creations. I hope you will join the current challenge featuring

B-I-N-G-O!

How's that for a fun theme? Here is your bingo card:

You may go vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. I chose to use the top line going across. Here is my inspiration card for you:

Here is a close up of the flower cluster in which I used white, black, and red flowers:

Isn't Tilda cute? I chose to use Christmas Heart Tilda from the Lovely Christmas 2015 Collection. Isn't this stamp perfect for many purposes? I had this paper in my stash. Both of the papers are 12 x 12. I thought they were perfect for a card that could be given to a guy. I liked the black within the pattern. I also liked the embossed heart paper. I used lots of layering, as well as flowers. The panel with the partial heart has been elevated on dimensionals to give it depth. I especially love that little heart doily. I remembered I had them as I was drifting off to sleep one night, LOL. Luckily, I was able to remember it in the morning!

Here are the interior shots:

Keep in mind, that this card is meant for a gentleman. So, even though I have tons of flowers on the front, I tried to keep the interior panels free of all the "girly girl stuff," LOL. I was only moderately successful as I DID ADD lace and ribbons! LOL

I hope you will join the Bingo Challenge! We would so love to see your beautiful, creative designs! One lucky gal will be the recipient of a $20 gift certificate!

Thank you so much for stopping by!

I hope you will return again very soon!

XO,

Chris

Magnolia Tilda I Love You ...Card

Hello Dearest Readers,

How are each of you today? I hope better than I am doing! I'm not feeling very well today. I feel very woozy. My body is giving me some challenges to deal with. After I write this, I think I'm going to go and lay down. I need some love, too. It's been a bad week. So, in addition to feeling poorly, I'm also worn down emotionally. So, I could use a cyber hug or two. I feel very alone for reasons I cannot explain.

Because things are challenging, I have spent a lot of time in my craft room working on cards. Suffice it to say that I call it my "Duck and Cover Space." I finished another card and want to share it with you. I hope you like it. If so, please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

For this card, I used one of the Magnolia Duos - He Loves Me. I did change the sentiment, though, to "I Love You, I Love You Not..." of course, the inside of the card says, "I Love You" in case you are wondering, LOL. The papers for this card are from Basic Gray. The card stock is a soft green Bazzill. I enhanced the front with lots of die cuts, some heart lace, flowers from WOC, and pretty string pearls from LLC (I think). The inside of the card features the same papers, doilies, flowers, and die cuts.

I hope you like my take on the "He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not." I just wanted to add a bit of humor. I loved putting a twist on an old expression! Thank you so much for stopping by!

Please come back very soon!

XO,

Chris

Dorothy the Dreamer at Magnolia-licious

Hello Dearest Readers,

It's a showery gray day here in the desert. I've got a pot of enchilada soup in the slow cooker, and the house smells wonderfully! It's perfect for a cold, gray day! We're even supposed to get some snowflakes later today and overnight. I sure hope so. I just love, love, love snow! I've got my fingers crossed, that's for sure! How are you? I hope this post finds you well!

The Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog has changed "W"-ednesday Challenge a bit. Now, on the first Wednesday of the month, we're having what is called the "Wednesday Mini Magnolia Challenge." The challenge will end on the last Wednesday of the month. Each week's Wednesday posts will showcase the Mini Magnolia Stamps images, found HERE, as well as some adorable Stamping Bella images which are found HERE. This week, it is my turn to share an inspiration card. Here it is:

I used lots of layering and touches of sparkle! I also used the Magnolia Doohickey So Lovely Tag as well as a Doohickey Swirl and a Doohickey Doily die. It is really a cute card! I had the postage stamp rubber stamp and thought it would look nicely on the front. The Stamping Bella stamps do come with a sentiment stamp. I used mine inside the card. There is a hidden tag under the bow and little pearl accents.

Here are the interior photos. I hope you like them. The first image shows the sentiment stamp that comes with Dorothy the Dreamer. I love that it can be used for graduations, birthdays, or supportive cards! There is another hidden tag attached to the bow.

This is the photo of the bottom of the card:

I wanted to keep this panel fairly plain so that the personal message added will be the focal point.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope I was able to provide some inspiration.

I hope you will return again very soon!

XO,

Chris
